The next monthly meeting of the WCMA will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2020. We will be touring the ATI Allegheny Ludlum facilities in Washington, PA, followed by dinner at the Washington Country Club. Times and locations are listed below.
ATI is a global manufacturer of technically advanced specialty materials and complex components. Their products support divers markets and idustries such as aerospace and defense, oil & gas, electrical energy, medical, automotive and other industrial markets. ATI has 36 facilities in the Untied States another 24 throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Alloy families include titanium, zirconium, stainless, Ni/Co alloys, armor and tungsten. The Washington facility produces plate for the Flat Rolled Products division of ATI.
Parking will be in the main lot directly across from the yellow-brick main office. It is across the street from the credit union. There will be 3-4 guides. PPE can be provided or you can bring it. Hard hats, safety glasses and ear plugs will be needed. Safety shoes aren’t required, but be sure to wear closed-toe hard-soled shoes.
The cost for the dinner is $25.00 per person and may be paid in advance with a check to the Association, Box BE, Washington, PA 15301, or you may pay at the desk the evening of the meeting. Please note, because we guarantee the number of meals, if you make reservations, but cannot attend, your company will be charged for the dinner if you do not cancel in advance.
