We are working to set up dinner and will confirm the dinner location prior to the meeting! Planned cost for dinner $35. Our meeting on Thursday, January 22, 2026, will focus on tackling stress. Join us for a presentation and tour of the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center . Executive Director Debbie Roytas will present Stress Management through Mindfulness to help us all start the new year off with intention learning the tools to build resilience to help us handle pressure and blend our work and life. Small daily lifestyle changes can have dramatic impacts on stress levels. This session will focus on practices and tips to help build resilience to become a better leader. By being more mindful and intentional in our daily life, we can lower our perceived stress and achieve better health and longevity. Cost for dinner $35, which will be on site at the Wellness Center.
